Three cousins have all separately been on their own journey with holistic therapies over the last 10 years. Now we are coming together to bring our skills to people around Suffolk and the East Anglia area.
Oliver realised early on that touch is a very important method of communication and is something that we do not get enough of in our day to day life.
He practiced massage throughout his life, finally becoming qualified in 2022 at London School of massage where he received his iTEC qualification.
He enjoyed a nice career beginning in Suffolk, working with a friend in a local clinic but feeling that he needed to broaden his knowledge he decided to travel to India to continue his studies of holistic therapies.
After completing a course in sound therapy he went on to study rebalancing bodywork with an acclaimed OSHO teacher in Goa.
He now loves to combine his knowledge of gentle massage with deep touch and sound therapy to create a completely relaxing experience.
Yoga is one of the most welcoming things in my life. I attended my first class when I was 17 and fell in love, I dipped in and out of Yoga for years, attending aerobics, pilates, running, the gym and came back to Yoga.
I have also trained in Children’s yoga and teach students at a local secondary school.
I enjoy connecting with different people, ages and abilities and helping them along their path. It’s so lovely to see their progress and it’s really rewarding to help them get a little more peace in their lives, even if it’s just for one hour a week.
One of the beautiful things about yoga is that anyone could walk through the door, and you would be able to teach them. No matter their level or background, you would be able to teach them a great class.
